LevelUp Computers & Technology: 3D Printing Terms of Service
By accessing PrintGenius and requesting a 3D Print from LevelUp Computers & Technology, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
LevelUp Computers & Technology has the final say when it comes to what requests get approved or denied. LevelUp Computers & Technology will NOT approve requests that are erotic or sexual in nature or design, requests that could be or are harmful to people, pets, and/or property, or requests involving copyrighted material (without the express written consent of the copyright holder).
Payment will be required before any work is performed. The approved payment method for 3D Printing Services is Credit/Debit card via online payment (Fees may apply). Cash, checks, PayPal, or Venmo are not approved for 3D Printing Services.
If a print fails as a result of a power outage, LevelUp Computers & Technology will restart the print at no expense to the customer if/when the following conditions are met: 1) Power is back online. 2) There is minimal risk of another blackout occurring within the duration of the print. 3) There is enough material remaining that the print can be restarted without risk of running out mid-print. If condition 3 is not met, the customer may be charged extra for more material in order to successfully complete the print.
If the first attempt fails at under 25% completion, LevelUp Computers & Technology will restart the print at no expense to the customer as long as there is enough material remaining that the print can be restarted without risk of running out mid-print. If the second attempt fails, or the first attempt fails at 25% or higher, the print will be stopped, and the customer will be given the opportunity to make tweaks to their model and submit a revised model to print. If, after a revised model is submitted, the final attempt fails, LevelUp Computers & Technology will cancel the print request and no refund will be provided to the customer.
If a customer, whether intentionally or unintentionally, submits a print that causes damage to any of LevelUp Computers & Technology's 3D printers, the customer will be billed for the damage to the printer, and they will be blacklisted from using our 3D Printing Services for an indefinite amount of time.
