As of 3/20/2024, LevelUp Computers & Technology will not be accepting any jobs for the foreseeable future. This is not a decision that I made lightly, but it is essential in order for me to focus on my education. I apologize for the inconvenience.

So my Winter Break has come to a close, and I am once again back at Frostburg State University. As such, I am moving back to my limited weekend availability schedule.
LevelUp Computers & Technology will reopen with limited weekend availability in Howard/Carroll Counties* as of 2/10/2023. Appointments need to be made at least 1 week (7 days) in advance.

I'm back!
After spending a wonderful holiday season with my family, I am ready to reopen LevelUp Computers & Technology while I am home for Winter Break.
LevelUp Computers & Technology is opened from 1/2/2024 from 1/27/2024 with limited availability. Please contact us via phone, text, email, or our website for any questions or concerns regarding appointment availability.
Update 11/18/2023 (Availability Update)
Hi everyone, it's Erik (again). I feel that it's necessary that I share another update with you regarding my immediate availability in the coming weeks.
Long story short, finals week is rapidly approaching, so I'm going to need to bring out my A-game and focus all of my efforts on my studies. Unfortunately, that means that I will once again have to temporarily close LevelUp Computers & Technology.
LevelUp Computers & Technology will be temporarily closed from Thursday, November 23, 2023 (Thanksgiving Day) until Wednesday, December 20, 2023. We will reopen Thursday, December 21, 2023.
I understand that this is frustrating for many of you, and I honestly feel the same way. It took a lot of courage for me to pretty much leave almost everything I had going for me behind so that I could pursue higher education, but for me, there's no backing down now. I've got to keep pushing forward until the day I walk across that stage and receive that fake rolled-up degree (then receive the real one in the mail several days to weeks later).
Once again, I'd like to thank you all for supporting me through this journey of mine. Be on the lookout for future updates, and thank you for choosing Carroll's Best computer repair shop for all your home IT needs.

Hi there everyone, it's Erik from LevelUp Computers & Technology. Please read through this important notice regarding my availability for the foreseeable future.
I started LevelUp Computers & Technology back in 2018, 5 long years ago. Since then, a lot has changed. New tools, new hardware, new software, new clients, and of course, more business. Last year, LevelUp Computers & Technology was even a Carroll's Best Honorable Mention!
But now that my name is getting out there, I am beginning to realize that while my computer repair skills are as sharp as ever, I need to hone my business sense and make sure that I'm doing everything in my power to run my business the right way. That's why I've made the decision to attend Frostburg State University to pursue a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Small Business / Entrepreneurship. I chose Frostburg State University because it is far enough away from home where I can focus on my studies, but not too far away that I can't come home if needed.
As a result of this major step forward for both myself and my business, my availability will be limited, effective September 5, 2023. I will only be available during weekends, and appointments will need to be scheduled at least one week in advance. I will also be closed between August 20 and September 5 in order to facilitate my moving into my dorms and taking care of any other affairs before school starts. If you are subscribed to my email newsletter, you will be notified by email when normal hours resume during my breaks. I will also post updates as needed to my Facebook, X (Formerly Twitter), and Google profiles.
I understand that this is inconvenient for many of you, but it is necessary in order to balance my duties as both a student and the owner of LevelUp Computers & Technology.
